Pico Rivera FSP Child/TAY

(Children/TAY 0-25 yrs)

Full Service Partnership program for Medi-Cal recipients and unfunded children, adolescents, and young adults from birth to 24 years of age offering intensive outpatient behavioral health services to those diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Those accessing services are provided care by a multidisciplinary team through an array of individual and family therapy services, case management, medication management, crisis intervention, housing, education, employment, and substance abuse services, and 24/7 crisis support.

    Pico Rivera Children’s

    (Children/TAY 0-20 yrs)

    Field and clinic-based behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults from birth to 20 years of age. Clients served include those with juvenile justice and child welfare histories, and may be in a school-based setting. Services include a variety of Evidence-Based Practices which include Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Incredible Years, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Managing and Adapting Practice, Nurturing Parenting Program, Seeking Safety, and Triple P – Positive Parenting Program. Primarily Medi- Cal and unfunded.

    Pico Rivera FSP Adult

    (Adult 18 yrs+)

    Full Service Recovery oriented services for Medi-Cal eligible adults (18 and over) living in Los Angeles County with a serious and persistent mental illness or at risk of institutionalization, homelessness, incarceration, or psychiatric in-patient services. Our adult program provides Outreach and engagement services, we are culturally and linguistically compatible, we provide counseling psychotherapy and case management, field-based services, peer and parent support, 24/7 crisis services, linkage to employment & education, assistance in obtaining transportation, assistance finding a safe housing, physical health care, and Integrated services for consumers with substance abuse (SUD).

      Pico Rivera – CalWORKs

      (Welfare to Work adults 18 yrs+)

      Outpatient behavioral health services are provided to CalWORKs beneficiaries to assist recipients to strengthen and restore ability to work. Dedicated employment specialists use an evidence-based supported employment model, Individualized Placement and Support, to help folks achieve steady, meaningful employment in mainstream competitive jobs.

      Lancaster

      (Children/TAY 0-20 yrs)

      Home, field and clinic-based behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults from birth to 20 years of age. Services are available to child welfare and school-based populations using a variety of Evidence-Based Practices which include Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Incredible Years, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Functional Family Therapy. Telepsychiatry services available, if needed.
